L48 A whole nother animal

I have a line on a new L48 at a very good price but am also considering the Grand L4630. I understand that the Tractor Loader Backhoe on the L48 is a real purebred combo. The hoe and loader are clearly a cut above. Other than loader and hoe specs, can anyone put the difference between the L48 and the 4630 in perspective... Turning radius, size, reliability etc. I will probably be doing as much skidding and mowing as I will digging and I would like to think that this is a maneuverable unit that just happens to have great digging specs?

The engine on the L-48 is larger as well as the hydralic system. The rest other than the extra steel added for the loader and hoe is basically identical. With the L-48 you won't be able to remove the loader. ....
